I have been told that the corsa set-up does not centre as it has been designed for a front wheel drive vehicle so there is not sufficient load on the front wheels. If so take care on roundabouts

Can anyone clarify this :?:

If you PM Red Race Tiger he has some Scimitar axles fully converted with the correct brackets etc for a Tiger. I think the Scimitar axle is wider than the Tiger one but wont need shortening as the original Tiger rear axle is much narrower than the front. A wider rear will bring the wheels more in li...

There are many cars tucked away that have not seen daylight for years, some completely dismantled and waiting for fresh interest. They come up now and again its just a matter of time. I dont think there is an authentication system in place in the UK but I did hear the STOC may be adopting the americ...

When I bought my current car (JDU 197E) it came with the new style V5C Log Book which said one owner (the previous one to me). I also did a HPI check which said one owner. I paid the princely sum of £5 to DVLA for a history check and when I got the information back it was a photocopy of the same V5C...

Now I am confused (which is not hard). My car has the jack and clips which were fastened to the boot floor with small self tapping screws along the rear panel to the right.

I think these holes are drilled for another reason? :?

Looks like a good candidate but is that price realistic? Tigermanny had something similar for considerably less and some Tigers in way better condition have sold recentley for just a couple of grand more. If this is the car I think it is the dealer has at least a £5k profit margin. Take that off an...

Ebay mk1a Tiger

Has anyone had a look at this? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1967-Sunbeam-Tiger-Mk-1A-/330779424438?forcev4exp=true Complete with all the correct bits and original chassis plate/rivets but looks like the sills and wing bottoms have been smoothed over with filler? I think this car was recently for sale a...

Thanks for that Tony.
The discussion confimed the last model Minx used the part but I think there were many other Rootes cars too so it would be worth finding out?

Drop Spindles?

Could someone please tell me is it Hillman Hunter/ New Minx/ Singer Gazelle 1967-70 that uses a compatible front stub axle that can be used to reduce ride height on the Tiger?

Cheers :?
