I would make one in stainless steel. A guy not far from me has one he made for his Tiger. Any good engineering firm with a CAD plasma cutter could make and weld up quite quickly. Doug. Had probs with my carb as well Holly 4 pot, the secondary weren't kicking in, Choke cable was jamming the diaphragm rod, also needed a new diaphragm. and the throttle was bottoming out on the carpet so it wasn't opening enough to create a vacuum to open them. Also had to adjust idle air screws...

Ok guys, this is what I found. changed back to my old header tank, put 13 psi cap on and bingo we are cooking on gas. Looks like the neck in the new tank is jamming the cap relief. bit more work to do. Tank looks really good will try get some pics up loaded.

Ports all ok, went there first, tried different caps,13 &15 psi also tried type with pressure relief tap.Not happy with that, felt it was sticking some times. stat came out just to eliminate that source so will go back in.
