front wheel bearings

For those going on the Monte Tour please check your front wheel bearings, for grease as well as play. Checked mine today, not a drop of grease!

David sorted it out , extremely bad earth! But can only get wiper to run at one speed as is the blower. Any clues?

Since changing my dashboard I have no power to the Blower & Wiper switches. Have put a meter across terminals but nothing. Any clues?

Hi Rob, you can use the 0.75 or 3/4" clutch master cyl,what you will have is a heavier feel as you are trying to push more fluid,it will alter the "bite point". The 5/8" cyl works fine,without giving to much of a heavy feel. Do know what clutch you have fitted ?,even very heavy clutch covers will o...

Master cylider clutch

Thanks Red baron. I thought they were 0.75 inch? Or is that too big? I think I may have a clutch that is too heavy.

All, I shall be carrying Spare Fuel Pump, Clutch cylinder and Master, brake master cylinder, brake shoes F& R, fan belt, brake and clutch fluid, petrol can , 2 litre of water, bulbs, wire and crimping tool and coil . Does everyone need to carry a spare wheel and Jack? That's just what I can think of...

We are not going but do know people that are going on sat ( they are not tiger owners) they could go along to the stand. Other than that anyone from the kent surrey area would be ok. Just been on to my insurance company (Hagerty) regarding what sort of tyres should be on the car ie T H or V rated? Well it does not matter, as long as the car is roadworthy, ie has enough tread on the tyre there is no need for special tyres. I have just fitted some T rated 13" tyres which are fine.
