I would take the radiator out and take it to a radiator workshop. I am sure they would be able to sort it out.

I fitted a Quick fuel Technologies kit. Was fairly straight forward to fit. The return line was fitted to the fuel filler neck with a 90deg bend pointing down as a fair amount of fuel is returned to the tank. I also made up a new tank cross over tube with a larger outlet and I also 1/2 blocked the e...

I have that sized wheels on my car. I have 50 series tyres. I think if you are going for performance tyres you may only get them with side wall height up to 50 series.

I would have thought that if you bought a new hose it would have the spring already there. I would contact one of the sunbeam suppliers and ask them.

Nice to see you are nearly there Brad. You will have turned a major corner once the paint is on and you start putting it back together.

Mal. I'm in the workshop looking at my axle, thinking there must be a way of setting the toe angle while off the car, looked at your post and I have come up with this. Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong. I made these simple spring compressors when I removed the axle they are M12 studding with a ...

I have just redone mine. Because they had been shortened before I had to make new extensions made. You can thread the tie rods to half inch. I now use alpine tie rod ends and I am also using minx spindles which have a different spindle and steering arm height. I needed to do this to eliminate bump s...

Four shims is what my Tiger has. It looks real nice Tim. I know exactly how much work that is as I have just done the same thing for my Tiger. I stiffened it the same as Oneoffive has shown and also welded on a 3mm plate over the front of the X member where it narrows under the cut outs for the rack...

All these series Rootes Group X members are basicly the same. I have one here from a series V Hillman. Which measures up the same as the Tiger
X member. I was told by a local Sunbeamer who has played with these cars for years along with the Super Minx cross member.

Very nice. Looks like some serious ponies going on here.
Shame you are going to have to cover up all that shiny aluminum with black paint. .
