Got the new Koni Dampers fitted yesterday, I've left them at the factory settings which are I've been informed set soft.

Ride quality seems improved but have also fitted new Alloys and Tyres so these may help too.

I'm hoping to have a ride out to the Sunbeam Spares day at Coventry on the 13th, can anyone confirm what I should expect, how many Traders, how many Private Stalls, any Car displays, etc.

Might have a ride to it in the Tiger depending on the weather?

I've actually bit the bullet and ordered a full set from the US Company.

Not cheap, but I've fitted Koni's on my two previous Classics and been impressed.

Just got to wait for them to be shipped over, then get them fitted.

Interesting, the specialist shows them on offer at $374.96 a pair which equates to about £267, not sure what the Shipping cost are and presumably some sort of import tax too.

Still tempted though, might fire an E-mail off to them.

I've recently made an Enquiry direct to Koni regarding Tiger Dampers and have been told they are obsolete? Part Numbers quoted to me are 82-1347 & 82-1348. I was also given details by Koni of 3 Specialist who may be able to make some specials, but they are asking me for originals to copy? I suppose ...

I normally do have a bet on the National and would definitely have picked this one because of the Name, forgot all about it till late in the afternoon so missed out?
