Winter Maintenance plans

Just wondered how's everyone doing in the Sunbeam Tiger World?

My car is tucked up in a nice warm garage under it's cover, plans over the winter holiday period are adjustment/re-greasing of the front wheel bearings and an Oil/Filter change.

Anyone got anything planned for their cars?

Re: hard Top rear window

Hi Gary, No I didn't. I got a price from Sunbeam spares at £250 ish plus packaging which seems expensive. I ended up fitting a flat acrylic one, although not perfect on the corners, does the job as I don't often use the car in the winter and not purposely when wet! Regards Rich Yes, I had a similar...

Re: Stalling Problem

Lots of views but no responses yet :|

Can anyone recommend someone who can have a look and tune up the car for me then?

I was thinking of getting Chris Draycott to have a look.

Front Floor Mats

Hi

Can anyone confirm a supplier for custom made front floor mats to suit a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger please?

I need them in black carpet or rubber mat finish, would be nice if they had a Tiger logo on, but any that fit would be nice.

Regards

Stalling Problem

Hi All Can anyone offer advice on a couple of annoying problems with my Tiger. It is standard apart from being fitted with Electronic Ignition and a 2 Barrell Holley Carburettor. I'm experiencing occasional stalling when I pull up to junctions, the tick-over slumps and the car stalls, it immediately...

Re: East Midlands Meeting - September 2021

Another good turn out of Classics at the Coopers last night, only the 3 Sunbeams though 2 Alpines and my Tiger.

Clocked over 50,000 Miles on the way home which is believed to be genuine as I have all the M.O.T.s back to the early 1980's

Re: Brake/Clutch Master reserve...

The Previous owner of my Tiger Martin had the Brake Master reconditioned by them around 6 or 7 years ago, the brakes are still working fine with no problems with the Master Cylinder?

The inevitable teething problems but it sounds like your getting there Brad
