Following your aim to keep car looking original it's better to recore the original rad. Cooling performance is same if not better and alu just doesn't look right. No problem for a race car though but for street use no need. Just my 2 cent...

Tony,

The inner ones hold pretty well on the clips however the outer ones have a tendency to pull out when the window is wound up. Fixed mine with 3 small countersunk screws on each side. Make sure to drill carefully with a small drill from inside out...

Tried to find one myself earlier. No luck - unobtanium. Finally opted to go for a 16 tooth instead which are available at any Mustang parts dealer. It's close as long as you make freedom with 10% or so higher speed reading...
