When I removed the heads on my Tiger a while ago I found that all the exhaust valves were stainless steel. The valves were Ford original with the Ford logo stamp. To my knowledge the heads had not previously been removed. Has anyone else found this. The engine is the original 260.

The washer bottle sits on the large bracket in the corner. The metal cage round the bottle is attatched by a bolt which passes through the small bracket by your white wire and into a captive nut on the bottle cage. I think the bolt is 3/4x 1/4 " UNF

I seem to catch my foot on the floor mounted dip switch when operating the clutch on my Tiger. Has anyone else had this problem and if so can the dip switch be repositioned ?

I need to remove the exterior door handles. I have removed the spring clip on the connecting link but the link does not seem to want to come out of the inner end of the lock. Should it just pull out?

Could any Tiger owner recommened a make of stainless exhaust which will fit perfectly first time as I understand some makes need a bit of fettling to make them fit? My old mild steel ones are about ready to be feplaced.

After replacing the original 3 finger clutch I found that there was not enough adjustment on the pushrod to get the correct clearance. I think this is because the new diaphram clutch is a slightly lower height. I made a longer pushrod to overcome the problem. Has anyone else come across the same pro...
