Welcome to joys of Tiger ownership. You don't have problems, just challenges to solve! Does it actually over heat, or does just the gauge read high? Sometimes a loose connection on the sender can cause false alarms. You may find debris has settled in rad after long standing. It might be sorted by a ...

I've fitted my brake servo under the rear seat with no problems. Relocated fuel pump to spare wheel well. Made a box similar to Alpine battery box & put servo inside. Might be easier for you to fit extra servo than having to take engine out to replace clutch, which may/may not improve matters. If yo...

I put an adjustable mini engine steady bolted to spare stud on cylinder head across to bracket on inner wing, with reinforcement plates both sides. Fitted between throttle body, blow off valve & coil packs. Your arrangement may be different. The coil packs may be Ford [from Focus], but I can't find ...

Are you sure its not coming from the thermostat housing. They often corrode and leak. I also once had a leak from the water passage from the pump through the timing chain cover, again it had corroded through. Could only be been seen once water pump removed. Epoxy metal cured it & its still ok years ...

My servo is fitted in a fake battery box under rear seat. Fuel pump in boot.
Leaves engine bay less cluttered & doesn't take up leg room in car.

Hi Stuart, welcome to the forum. You have certainly picked a selection of hard to find/expensive bits to locate. Exhaust manifold, header tank, air filter, & bottom hose section especially tough. You may be best going with after market headers, air filter, & servo to get you going & slowly pick up p...
