You will have to reach into the grille and loosen the hinge bolts. Once you get it open, loosen and adjust the pin and latch, so that the pin is centered properly (use plastercine?) and re-tighten. Good luck!

I talked to reps of this company at the Goodwood Revival in 2014 and they seemed very knowledgeable.
