Wipers
My wipers used to work well but after the rubber started to tear I foolishly decided to replace them and treat myself to new arms as well. David Herning fitted a 5 speed box in my Tiger and I've been delighted with the result - definitely makes driving on motorways etc much more relaxing. I took advantage of the overdrive 5th gear ratio to change the rear axle ratio at the same time from 2.88 to 3.31. With a standard 4 speed the 3.31 a...

Tiger coverage in Classic Cars
A couple of bits of Tiger coverage in this month's Classic Cars. Malcolm Sedman's Tiger featured in the article on the best convertibles for summer 2015 and a mention in Market Watch. The Market Watch price graph shows a steep upward curve in prices and says that if you want a Tiger now is the time ...

Torquay this weekend
After a couple of weeks of dry weather and summer temperatures who has upset the weather gods? Forecast for this weekend is for rain, or heavy rain, and much cooler!
Lucky that the car park is covered.

have you tried John Ostick? I've used him for my clock, calibrating speedometer and upgrading rev counter to accurate electronic internals.

Rubber mounts for Radtec radiator
I notice that there's been issues with Radtec radiators if they're not mounted with some form of vibration isolating mounts. What have people used? I see that Radtec themselves offer a universal mounting - does that fit a Tiger?

Hard top weight?
Anyone know how much a factory steel hardtop weighs? Thinking of fitting a hoist and want to make sure it can handle the weight!

Yes the infield parking prices aren't cheap! I was in the Lavant car park last year so might go for that again as it was very useful to have picnic stuff in the boot inside the circuit and not carry folding chairs around all day. These parking places are always in great demand so if I change my mind...

Goodwood revival 2014
Tickets go on sale to the public on Monday 28th October. Is the club planning any sort of display in the classic car park or the infield parking? Or just park where you can?
