Minator Alloys 5.5J x 14

ALSO: 1 x 5.5J x 14 deep dish wheel with unworn track day Yoko A048, 185/60 tyre - offset suitable for fitting to rear (I have two ...

Jack up the car at the rear allowing the wheels to fully drop. Then measure the lowest axle position. I would use that as the highest point where the exhaust should run under the axle.

The rectangular headers remind me of the waveguides I used to work on in my days as an engineer. We used to wind them into coils for radar applications.

Hi Tony It was good to meet you too at the show. Yes those are the clips. Since I first posted, a fellow Tiger owner was kind enough to let me have some clips, which, despite my earlier comments, I have used, and so far so good as they are holding. I now need to get some inner strip clips from somew...

Door refurb

I have just removed the drivers door to repair the door skin, and whilst doing that, refurb the window channels, and all the rest of it. The door seal retainer at the bottom was rusted out so I will fit a new one using some spare retainer that I had. Getting the curves matched on the door bottom was...

Thanks. I bought the bush to get the outer dimensions to make a new bush for when I fit a T5 transmission (which has a smaller shaft).

All I need to do now is sort the speedometer drive. :?

Crank Spigot Bearing

I have a new crank bearing spigot bush which measures 35mm OD and 17mm ID, 12.8 depth. Bought from Real Steel. (1.377 x 0.67 x 0.503 inches)

Can anyone please confirm this is the right size for a Tiger?

Thanks.

In cases where I cant buy a replacement on its own I often wind my own springs from spring wire or 'piano' wire. This one could be tricky though as the diameter is not constant.
