Re: Sherwood Restorations

Hi Jeff

Apologies - have only just spotted that you've contacted me. Many thanks for your kind offer but, as of last weekend, I'm actually just a week or 2 away from getting my hands on a Tiger :D .

Thanks again & kind regards, Bob

Re: Sherwood Restorations

Hi Gary

Many thanks for your input. I got the impression off their website that they're a well established company with clearly lots of experience; I was just wondering how much Tiger knowledge they've got. As you and Brad have pointed out, I need to make a trip and see it in person :)

Sherwood Restorations

Hi everyone Does anyone have any experience with/knowledge about Sherwood Restorations? I've seen over the years that they've restored a few Tigers and the blue one they currently have for sale looks fantastic (to my untrained eye!) and has a fantastic price to go with it. Are they renown & sympathe...

Evans Waterless Engine Coolant

Apologies if this has already been discussed somewhere else on the forum. Picked up a leaflet about a waterless engine cooling product from a company called Evans. Says in the blurb that it: - eliminates boilover - protects frm -40C to 180C - prevents corrosion Not sure if everyone else is already a...

Calling all North-west Tiger owners - soft-top help

Hi there. I could do with some assistance from any Tiger owners who live fairly close to South Manchester (say within an hour's drive). Basically, I bought my Tiger in March and, having tried a few times, I can't seem to get the soft-top down far enough to put the metal panels back into place. What ...

I don't know if anyone saw this in last Friday's Daily Telegraph about a 1930 Bentley Speed Six. Not sure if I'm putting the cat amongst the pigeons again, but here's the article: Bentley Judges' vintage ruling A vintage car can still be considered authentic even if many of its original parts have b...
