I've got a couple original radiators to choose from...I can re-core them also.

might have the timing cover and pick-up pipe...i will av a look at weekend. 8)

Yep Gazza, I had to repair 1 box twice....CHEAP MEXICAN BITS!!...all sort'd now though.. it won't catch me out again... 8)

Brad... there alpine backing plates not tiger...tiger 1's have a cut out section for the trackrod end.. :?

I've rebuilt + repaired toploaders... there not hard at all...
the only special tool I used was a piece of broom handle to hold the lay shaft needle rollers in place as it is re-assembled....

There a doddle....don't be scared.. get on with it... :D

I reckon this piece is your lower section of the radiator panel...the canal section welds to the front valance.... you will work it out!! mine looked the same mess so it didn't get refitted.. :roll:
