Re: Brads Tiger

Hi Brad
Did you get the standard springs with the car. When i uprated the front springs they were shorter in height than the standard which makes the ride height the same.
You must be getting an itchy right foot by now. The car is beautiful and a credit to you.

Re: Brads Tiger

My cable goes through the grommet below the passengers side brace. IT is close to the header but I wrapped it with some heat shield and tied it down with some zip ties. Hopefully the photo will work, it's been a while since I posted one up. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/xq90/923/Cu3tCs.jpg Chee...

It's looking good Brad. Happy days putting it back together. Love the colour but it won't be quite as fast as the red tigers.

Re: Fuel Tanks

I took mine into a plating shop and they put them in the caustic tanks to remove what was left of the factory coating. Then I did the same as you with the POR15 fuel tank sealer. I also had a few pin holes so I repaired it as they say with cloth and the sealer. Seems to be holding up fine.

Re: Hard top restoration

I used a little silicon spray as a lube. Comes in handy when dealing with fitting rubber parts. Maybe a little detergent may do the same and wash out easier when finished. my trim wanted to pop back out for a while with the silicon, but my connectors were a tight fit and held it all in when on.

After that for some unnown reason I then clicked on the post number on the forum where the pics were pos...

They fitted them to the doors where the last were fitted but they are there for show only as I can't see out of them. So be carefu...

I was going to add a pic through image shack BUT it looks as though they are just photofucket as well, so there you go. Perhaps iof everyone removed and closed there accounts from them something may ...
