Yes you could. But you would have to cut out the "X-Frame" and then weld it back in.
So best to take it out with the engine.

My Discs are 285mm, if you use the 260mm as on Dave's car I think i am correct in saying they do them in a one piece disc, as i wanted the larger disc, they only do that in a two piece bell & rotor so the cost was a little more.
